No one could have predicted the unprecedented situation that has changed our lives so dramatically the past few months. All of us on the Gladiator Board hope that you’re safe and well. We’re grateful for everyone working diligently to stabilize the situation as soon as possible, and we’re committed to do our part as individuals, a business, and a community.
First and foremost, we’re focused on the health and safety of our team. We are following the guidance of global health experts to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, reminding teammates to frequently wash their hands, regularly clean their spaces, and exercise social distancing.
With recent news, most of Utah will shift from a moderate “orange” risk level to a lower “yellow” status starting this weekend, after the governor declared that there’s now a small enough risk of the coronavirus spreading here to relax many restrictions with the exceptions of Grand County, Summit County, Wasatch County, Salt Lake City and West Valley City.
What does that mean for us? Summer sports will now be allowed but we still have restrictions in place...
We are still asked to wear masks when unable to maintain social distancing. We are allowed crowds UP TO 50 people and spectators will be required to continue social distancing and teams will need to follow certain protocols in order to play.
With this movement just being released here recently we are still waiting to hear what protocols these will be.
Stay tuned for details!
